The PXIe ‑ 7857 module has a user-programmable FPGA for the integrated processing and direct control of I / O signals, so that the timing and synchronization of systems are completely flexible. The modules can be customized with the LabVIEW FPGA Module to develop applications that require precise timing and control, such as: B. Hardware ‑ in ‑ the ‑ loop testing, custom communication protocols, sensor simulation and high speed control. The PXIe ‑ 7857 includes a dedicated A / D converter per channel for independent timing and trigger functions. This enables such special functions as different sample rates and the triggering of individual channels that are not available in typical data acquisition hardware. The PXIe ‑ 7856 supports peer ‑ to ‑ peer streaming for direct data transfer to other PXI ‑ Express modules.
