The PXI ‑ 2535 is a 4x136 ‑ matrix switch module that is particularly suitable for low ‑ voltage DC signals in validation test systems for high ‑ volume devices such as semiconductor chips and printed circuit boards (PCB). The PXI ‑ 2535 has field effect transistor relays (FET) and offers unlimited mechanical life and switching speeds of up to 50,000 crosspoints per second. The integrated function for counting the switching processes for monitoring and deterministic operation with hardware triggers improves test throughput.
