ICR-HH500-6 | Near-field microprobe, 2 MHz - 6 GHz, diameter: 500 µm

The probe is used to measure magnetic near fields with extremely high resolution and sensitivity. A distance of < 1 mm to the measurement object is optimal.

The probe head is equipped with a horizontal measuring coil. The inner diameter for measuring the magnetic field is 500 µm.

The probe head is shielded against the coupling of electric fields. A preamplifier is integrated in the probe housing and is powered by the supplied bias tee BT 706.
