DS2-FGN | GW Instek DS2-FGN function generator, 5 MHz, for oscilloscope series GDS-2000A

The DDS function generator DS2-FGN (Direct Digital Synthesis) is an optional plug-in module for digital storage oscilloscopes (DSO) of the GDS-2000A series to check the electrical properties and functionality of a DUT. The module generates sine, square, triangle and pulse functions. Two function generators can be used at the same time to generate dual output signals.
