PROFITEST Prime AC | Machine tester / testing device, AC/DC, VDE 0100/0105/0113-1, HV-AC 2.5 kV (M516H)

The Profitest Prime is an all-in-one testing device in AC and DC networks for electrical systems, machines, switchgear/industrial systems, wind turbines, power generators and e-mobility.

Thanks to the wide range of applications and the versatile testing options, the investment costs for the required testing technology are considerably reduced. All necessary measuring tasks in electrical machines and systems can be carried out without the need for time-consuming replugging of the measuring cables. This saves a maximum amount of time.

The intuitive operating concept from the Profitest Master series has been adopted for the Profitest Prime and offers users of our previous testing devices quick and familiar handling. The uniform operating concept ensures compatibility with the Profitest series.

Extensive data management from the creation of the system structure to logging ensures consistent and sustainable management of customer data and measured values.

IMPLEMENTATION OF LAWS, REGULATIONS AND STANDARDS MADE EASY.
Testing the effectiveness of protective measures in electrical systems is necessary in many areas and is required by authorities, operators and insurance companies due to laws and regulations.

Standard-compliant and safe - the Profitest Prime series carries out all measuring tasks in a standard-compliant and safe manner and enables people / electricians qualified to carry out tests safely and quickly in accordance with a wide variety of application and product standards, such as:

  • DIN VDE 0100-600 / IEC 60364-6
  • DIN VDE 0105-100 / EN 50110-1
  • VDE 0113-1 / DIN EN 60204-1
  • VDE 0660-600-1 / DIN EN 61439-1

A wide-range measuring device enables the test device to be used for all alternating current and three-phase networks with voltages from 65 to 690 V and frequencies from 15.4 to 420 Hz as well as direct current networks from 65 to 800 V.
