The electronic load of the EL9000B series supports the four typical control types constant current (CC), constant voltage (CV), constant power (CP) and constant resistance (CR).

Operation (HMI) | Manual operation is carried out via a TFT touch panel, two rotary knobs and a button. The large color display shows all important target and actual values simultaneously and clearly. Furthermore, the entire setup can be carried out via the HMI (human-machine interface), functions (rectangle, triangle and others) can be configured and much more. The display is multilingual (German, English, Russian, Chinese).

Function generator and table control | A special feature is the convenient, FPGA-based digital function and arbitrary generator, which enables the control of time-running, freely programmable load profiles. This can be used to generate alternating sine and square functions or sawtooth or ramp curves. With a freely programmable, digital value table with 3276 effective support points embedded in the control loop, non-linear internal resistances of consumers, such as batteries or LED chains, can be simulated as desired.

Two integrated interfaces (1x analog, 1x USB) are available as standard for remote control on the back of the devices, which can be supplemented by optional, plug-in and retrofittable digital interface modules.
