19501-K | Partial discharge tester for testing transistors

The Chroma 19501-K Partial Discharge Tester combines Hipot test and Partial Discharge (PD) detector functions in one device. The 19501-K is suitable for up to 10 kV AC with leakage current measurements from 0.01 µA to 300 µA and a partial discharge detection of 1 pC. The Chroma 19501-K was specially developed for tests on high-voltage semiconductor components and on highly insulated materials.
