Description

19301A | Impulse Winding Tester Low inductance winding components

The 19301A is a pulse winding tester for high and low inductance and has a surge voltage of up to 1,000 V and a high sampling rate of 200 MHz, which is sufficient for testing power inductors in a range from 0.1 to 100 µH. The integrated functions are able to effectively check coils for poor insulation. The 19301A is specifically designed for testing wound components to form an RLC parallel resonance.

Key Features & Specifications:

  • 10V ~ 1000V pulse voltage test, with 0.25V test resolution
  • High impulse test sampling rate (200MHz), 10bits
  • Inductance contact check function
  • Inductance differential voltage compensation function
  • Apply to High / low inductance test (0.1uH ~ 100uH)
  • Breakdown voltage analysis function
  • Low voltage range to increase the sensitivity of waveform analysis (32V / 64V / 128V / 256V / 512V / 1024V)
  • Traditional Chinese / Simplified Chinese / English user interface
  • USB port for storing waveform & screen capture
  • Graphical color display
