The AmpFlex A130 current transformer for three-phase networks is particularly light and flexible. The current measuring loops can also be attached in a confined space, for example in distribution cabinets or switch boxes.
The Chauvin Arnoux AmpFlex A130 can be connected to power analyzers, recorders and other AC measuring devices via the AC voltage input (mVAC / VAC).
The flexible current clamp uses Rogowski coils that do not require a magnetic circuit. This technique guarantees that saturation or overheating effects do not occur and guarantees excellent linearity and the smallest phase shifts.
The three-phase current sensor measures in three measuring ranges from 0.5 to 3,000 Ampere AC. The integrated automatic switch-off saves batteries and enables battery runtimes of up to 500 hours. It can be deactivated for longer measurements. In addition to battery operation, the current transformer can also be operated via an external power supply unit with a micro USB connection. Three bright LEDs on the housing provide clear information about the device status (power supply, automatic switch-off, exceeding the measuring range).
The Chauvin Arnoux current transformer can be used in many areas: for maintenance, testing and repair services in industry or power generation, in transportation, in research and development and in testing laboratories.
