The B&K Precision 4047B is a sophisticated, dual-channel function and arbitrary waveform generator designed specifically for precision signaling in laboratory and development environments. With its ability to generate stable sine, square, triangle, pulse and user-defined waveforms, this device is a versatile tool for electronics developers, test engineers and research facilities.
Thanks to its true point-by-point architecture, the 4047B generates arbitrary signals with extremely low distortion and jitter. Signals can be flexibly designed via two completely independent channels - including DC offset, modulations (AM, FM, PM, FSK, PWM) as well as linear and logarithmic sweep functions. Both channels can be operated phase-synchronously and allow output with variable amplitude up to 20 Vpp (idle).
The intuitive user interface with color display, rotary knob and direct button control as well as the integration of the WaveXpress software enable both simple and highly complex signal definitions. Thanks to the USB interface and SCPI command compatibility, the generator can also be integrated into automated test systems.
