The Series 2680 from B&K Precision offers powerful and versatile spectrum analyzers in a compact and lightweight design. Ideal for laboratory and field use. The devices in this series have a large 10.1" colour display that enables precise visualization of signals, including 2D and 3D spectrum monitoring and extensive measurement functions such as occupied bandwidth, third-order intercept and adjacent channel power.
All models in the series include a preamplifier and a tracking generator as standard. With a minimum RBW of 1 Hz and high sensitivity (up to -161 dBm/Hz DANL), the devices are particularly suitable for:
- Radio communication (e.g. two-way radio)
- Site surveys
- EMC preliminary investigations
- Characterization of RF components and systems
The Variant 2682 is the entry-level model in the series and covers a frequency range from 9 kHz to 2.1 GHz. It offers all the core functions of the series, such as preamplifier, tracking generator, advanced measurement functions and the high-resolution display.
Compared to the 2683 variant, which can analyze frequencies up to 3.2 GHz, the 2682 is ideal for applications in the lower to medium HF frequency range. Both models offer the same range of functions and precision, but differ primarily in the frequency range.
