dataTec commended as "Employer of the Future"
The German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalisation (diind) presents the prestigious "Employer of the Future" award to dataTec AG in Reutlingen. The seal commends Germany's largest specialist distributor of test and measurement technology for its innovative strength, employee friendliness, a clear digitalisation strategy and sustainable corporate management. In order to receive the seal of quality, dataTec had to undergo a multi-stage review process in which the company was scrutinised for, among other things, the future viability of its business model, a modern appearance and a contemporary mindset.

The "Employer of the Future" award provides companies with guidance for existing employees on the one hand and serves as an employer branding tool in the competition for new talent on the other.
The "Employer of the Future" quality seal is one of many measures that dataTec uses to position itself as an attractive employer in the region and on a highly competitive labour market. "The satisfaction of our employees is very important to us," emphasises Tamara Kraus, Head of HR at dataTec. "This award honours our efforts to create a working environment in which talent can develop in the best possible way. The seal is not only recognition for us as a company, but also an incentive to continue investing in the development of our work culture."
