SM15748BK | Spot mask accessories for printed circuit boards

Spot mask is a rubber-like material to protect connections on circuit boards from tinning during the reflow process. After the soldering process, the spot mask can be easily removed without leaving any residue. Mechanical hold after approx. 6 min, hardened after approx. 2-3 hours at 20 ° C, 1 hour at 95 ° C. Can be stored for 12 months. Suitable for lead-free soldering applications.
