The FLIR Si124-LD PLUS is an easy-to-use, stand-alone system for locating pressure leaks in compressed air systems (leak detection). Ready to use in just a few minutes, the Si124-LD PLUS detects leaks up to ten times faster than conventional methods. The lightweight handheld camera has 124 microphones and produces a precise acoustic image that makes ultrasonic signals visible even in noisy industrial environments. The acoustic image is superimposed on a digital camera image in real time, allowing the user to precisely locate the source of the sound.

As this clever acoustic camera is equipped with the FLIR Acoustic Camera Viewer cloud service, it automatically saves every captured image to the cloud immediately. You can then access the saved files at any time for more in-depth sound source analysis and problem classification. Through regular maintenance inspections, the FLIR Si124 can help facilities save energy costs and postpone the expense of installing new compressors.

The FLIR SI124 cordless models are characterized by their wireless battery (2 batteries included) and their extended bandwidth frequency of up to 65 kHz. The SI124 Cordless models come with a hard case that offers space for up to 4 batteries in addition to the sound camera.

The FLIR Si124-LD PLUS has been improved in the following points compared to the SI124-LD:

New AutoFilter function: selects the right settings for each environment and automatically filters out interference to make locating leaks even easier and more effective
New AutoDistance function: Automatically detects the distance between the leak and the camera to improve accuracy and reduce manual input
Improved leak detection: Consistently correct settings lead to improved detectability, even of smaller air leaks from 0.016 l/min to 0.004 l/min
