NNHV8123-400 | High-voltage network simulation (LISN), CISPR 25 / BMW GS95025-1 400 A, 1000 V DC, socket type-N

The unbalanced, single-pole high-voltage electrical system replica NNHV8123-400 according to CISPR25 planned Edition4 or BMWGS95025-1 can be used to measure the interference voltage in the HF-VHF range from 0.1 MHz to approx. 150 MHz on shielded cables in the field of electromobility (HEV, EV) . An external 50Ω load resistor is required for BCI tests.

The simulation impedance is essentially formed by connecting an inductor in parallel with the input resistance of the measuring receiver: 5 μH || 50 Ω.

The network simulation is intended for installation in pairs in an HVSE8600 screen housing. Each NNHV8123-400 forms a path. Usually two paths are required for HV + and HV-. The device under test is connected to the terminal on the front panel. The feeding takes place on the back. The shield of the HV cable is connected to the bushing of the shield housing HVSE8600.

The permissible continuous current consumption of the device under test is 250 A, over 500 A can be drawn for a short time
