894-600-010 | KHT 6000C-DC probe calibration generator, 6000 V, (switchable DC output)

The KHT6000C calibrator is used for HF and DC calibration of high-voltage probes and dividers. It can also be used to calibrate them. Both adjustment processes can be carried out in one operation.

In addition to manual operation using controls on the device, the calibrator can be controlled via an integrated USB interface (optional IEEE interface). The pulse width, repetition frequency (individual pulses possible) and the square wave / DC voltage can be set continuously.
