The AC-coupled preamplifier J2180A with a fixed gain of 20 dB is characterized by particularly low noise. The bandwidth of this amplifier ranges from 0.1 Hz to 100 MHz (3 dB point). The input resistance is 1 MΩ, its output resistance is 50 Ω. With this data, he can improve the sensitivity of oscilloscopes, network and spectrum analyzers by reducing noise and spikes.
