J2151A | PerfectPulse pulse generator

The PerfectPulse USB pulse generator from Picotest including 10 GHz power splitter offers you high speed and economy in an ultra-compact pocket format. With pulse edges of just 32 ps (typ.), It generates particularly precise and fast rectangular pulses and, in conjunction with a real-time oscilloscope, is ideal for demanding measurement applications in time domain reflectometry (TDR / TDT).

  • For measuring impedance, dielectric constant, signal run length, over / undershoot etc. of printed circuit boards
  • For correction and calibration of digital signal processors (DSP)
  • For the calibration of oscilloscopes and probes
  • To check the signal integrity, e.g. B. for crimp connections and connections

The inexpensive PerfectPulse signal generator provides you with a pure square wave signal with an output amplitude of up to -500 mV and an output impedance of 50 ohms. The power supply is via USB connection.
