TA058 | Probe, differential 10: 1, 50 MHz, ± 700V, BNC

The TA058 is a CAT I rated differential oscilloscope probe that can measure up to ± 70 volts.

Specifications for the TA058 differential probe:

  • Bandwidth: DC to 50 MHz (- 3 dB)
  • Input impedance: 1.6 MΩ / 7 pF from each input to ground
  • Attenuator: 10: 1
  • Input voltage:
    Max. Differential voltage: ± 70 V (DC + peak AC) or 70 V rms
    Common mode input voltage: ± 700 V (DC + peak AC) or 600 V rms
  • Maximum input voltage: ± 700 V (DC + peak AC) or 600 V rms, CAT I
  • Accuracy: ± 1%
  • Rise time: <7 ns
  • Output voltage:
    Signal (in 5 kΩ load): ± 7V
    Offset (typical): <± 2 mV
