USB sampling oscilloscope for PC, 4-channel, 20 GHz | PicoScope 9341-20 (PQ093)
The bandwidth of 20 GHz allows measurements of a pulse edge of 17.5 ps, whereby the very low sampling jitter offers a time resolution of 64 fs. The sequential sampling rate of 1 MS / s allows a quick composition of the sampled signal, an eye diagram or a histogram.
