The NI-9264 is an analog output module for simultaneous updates that is suitable for systems with a higher number of channels. Modules with higher channel density take up less space in the chassis, leaving room for other measurement types. Each channel has its own D/A converter. The plug-in terminal version of the NI-9264 uses a 36-pin connector for the output channels, with each channel having a ground reference.

The voltage output modules of the C series generate voltage signals. They are used in the CompactDAQ and CompactRIO hardware systems. The modules have up to 16 output channels. Some models offer a channel-to-ground double isolation barrier for increased safety and interference immunity as well as improved signal quality.
