The PXIe-4162 is a high-precision, high-density Source Measure Unit (SMU) with 12 identical SMU channels. It has four-quadrant operation and each channel offers integrated remote sensing on four conductors for accurate measurements. The analog-digital converter technology supports you in performing high-precision measurements with a current resolution of 100 pA or fast data acquisition with up to 100 kS / s per channel. The module also ensures maximum stability and measurement accuracy using SourceAdapt technology, which enables the transient behavior to be individually adapted to the properties of any load. The PXIe-4162 is ideally suited for a wide range of mixed-signal ICs in the production test of semiconductor components.
