Description

783760-01 | NI PXIe-4136, system SMU, 200 V

The PXIe-4136 system SMU (Source Measure Unit) offers high performance, precision and speed as well as four-quadrant operation. It is a hardware-clocked measuring device with a high-speed sequencing engine for synchronizing the acquisition of several SMUs. The module supports DMA streaming between the host PC and the SMU, so that long signal curves and measurement data can be transferred at the maximum update and sample rate of the measuring device. The PXIe-4136 is ideal for a wide range of applications including manufacturing testing, board-level testing, and laboratory characterization using devices such as ICs, PMICs, and RFICs, as well as discrete components such as LEDs and optical transceivers.
