Description

782432-01 | NI PXIe-4144, SMU with 4 channels: 6 V, 500 mA

The PXIe-4144 is a four-channel source measure unit (SMU) ideal for high-pin count applications. It has four-quadrant operation and each channel offers integrated remote sensing on four conductors for accurate measurements. Due to the high sampling rate of the PXIe-4144, measuring times can be reduced, the transient behavior can be recorded and the current-voltage characterization of test objects can be carried out quickly. With a high-speed sequencing engine, all SMUs can be synchronized with each other or with other measuring devices such as switch modules or high-speed digital test modules.
