OPC Servers is a software add-on package for LabVIEW that converts proprietary industrial protocols into the open protocols OPC Classic and OPC Unified Architecture (UA). This conversion to OPC enables LabVIEW applications to communicate with a wide variety of PLCs and third-party devices using the OPC UA Client in the LabVIEW OPC UA Toolkit. This provides a uniform platform for demanding measurements and the control and regulation of industrial systems.
