PSB-2400L2 | Power supply unit, DC, 2 channel 2x 80V / 40A, 800W, USB, RS-232, analog

The PSB-2000 series is a programmable and multi-stage DC power supply with high power density. The multi-range output enables flexible collocations of higher voltage and larger current in the nominal power range. Both series and parallel connections can be used for the PSB-2000 series to meet the requirements of the higher performance range.

The PSB-2000 series offers three sets of preset function keys to store frequently used voltage, current and power settings that users can quickly recall. The sequence function can be connected to a computer via RS232C, a USB interface or an optional GPIB interface in order to generate an output power which is defined by the sequence of a series of voltage and current steps set via the computer. This function is often used to establish a standard test procedure for checking the influence on the test specimens caused by the rapidly changing operating conditions.

The PSB-2000 series protects against overvoltage and overcurrent. The power supply output function is turned off to protect the DUTs when the protection mechanism is triggered. When charging the battery, the PSB-2000 series Hi-W mode prevents reverse current that could damage the power supply. The PSB-2000 series offers an analog controller and analog monitor interfaces on the back to control the PSB-2000 output via the external voltage or to monitor the voltage and current output status of the power supply externally. The PSB-2000 panel can be rotated 90 degrees and is suitable for vertical or horizontal positions in order to optimally use the space.
