GW Instek LCR-8200 High Frequency LCR Meter include two series, LCR-8200A and LCR-8200. The LCR meters include ten models with a maximum test frequency of up to 50 MHz.
The LCR meters have a 7-inch color display and offer a high measurement accuracy (0.08%). Depending on the selected measurement mode, the measurement results can be displayed numerically or graphically so that the properties of the test object can be optimally interpreted.
Up to four measured variables such as impedance, capacitance, inductance or phase angle can be displayed numerically at the same time. A frequency sweep is also available for two measurement parameters in the graphic display. This helps you to optimally interpret the properties of the test object.
At the same time, the wide range of standard interfaces (USB / RS-232C / Handler Interface and GPIB) allows you to control the instrument via the most common interfaces without worrying about additional hardware investment costs. In graphic mode, the GW Instek LCR-8200 series LCR meters also offer a USB memory function. The measured characteristic curves and values of the test object are saved for later evaluation.
The five models of the LCR-8200A series offer you 7 different equivalent circuit models that allow you to analyze 3 component or 4 component combinations to characterize the operating characteristics of the circuit. After the sweep is completed, the scale can be automatically adjusted according to the chosen TRACE, making the whole observation clearer and easier to read. Also, the sweep graphs (bmp) and values (csv) can be saved to a flash drive for later analysis and applications.
Due to the large number of functions of the LCR-8200, you can easily react to the changing test requirements of passive components in research and development as well as in production.
The LCR-8205A variant presented here offers you a test frequency of DC, 10 Hz - 5 MHz. Variants are available with a test frequency of up to 50 MHz.
