Description

PRV240FS | Battery operated voltage source, Proving Unit Use of electric testers T6, DMM, current clamps

Check your test tool without unnecessarily subjecting it to bumps and arcs. Using the PRV240FS reduces the need for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when a known power source is not available to test your tester or multimeter before performing tests *. In addition, the PRV240FS supplies AC and DC voltages for other HiZ instruments in your tool box. A single switch and a set of LEDs indicate the functionality of the FieldSense voltage measurement function without a test lead, as well as standard AC and DC measurements with test leads. This device is a user-friendly solution for TBT verification of your test tools. * PSA may still be required if no voltage test has been carried out. “Test Before Touch” With the Fluke PRV240FS, you can perform “Test Before Touch” (TBT). Your T6 is tested with a known live source before and after the actual measurement. This sequence checks whether your test tool is working properly during the actual measurement.
