This course offers the opportunity to be certified in the infrared thermography process in accordance with the DIN EN ISO 9712 standard (qualification and certification of non-destructive testing personnel). An independent accredited certification company confirms your qualifications and experience. With this certification, you can demonstrate your qualifications both within your company and externally and identify yourself as a professional thermographer.

The content of the course meets all the requirements of VDS Guideline 2859 and BAFA on-site advice. The level 1 exam is multi-sectoral in the areas of construction, electrical engineering and industry. The areas of application are separated from level 2 onwards.

Course requirements:

Skilled worker training or comparable
7 days of practical thermography experience or participation in the thermography user seminar
Eye test (near and color vision), not older than 1 year

Examination requirements:

Eye test (close and color vision), not older than 1 year
Proof of practical experience (at least 7 days before the exam, e.g. thermography user seminar and TT1 course), 3 months until delivery of the certificate

Duration: 5 days + 1 day exam
