The 62000P series has many advantages for ATE integration and testing. These advantages consist of an auto-range output stage , precise readback of current and voltage as well as the ability of complex pulse-like signals to test the behavior of the DUT. For testing DC-DC converters and similar products, the 62000P set a new standard for extremely accurate power supplies.
