EV-520-D KIT | Test adapter for charging stations of electric vehicles

Get access to the charging output to carry out safety and functional tests by simulating the presence of an electric vehicle.The test adapter sets of the EV-500 series were developed to test the function and safety of charging stations with charging mode 3 for AC charging . The test adapter set enables you to carry out tests with suitable measuring devices such as an installation tester (e.g. the ProInstall series from Beha-Amprobe).

Functions:

  • PE preliminary test: With this safety function, the protective conductor is checked for a possible presence of dangerous voltages to earth.
  • Status of the Proximity-Pilot PP (cable simulation): To simulate different current capacities of charging cables, selectable with the rotary switch PP-Status.
  • Status of the Control-Pilot CP (vehicle simulation): To simulate different charging status, selectable via the rotary switch CP-Status.
  • Simulation of CP error "E"
  • Simulation of PE fault (earth fault)

Product features:

  • Suitable for charging mode 3 electric vehicle charging stations
  • EV connector for type 2 and type 1
  • Measuring connections L1, L2, L3, N and PE for connecting a test device, e.g. B. an installation measuring device, for performing safety and functional tests.
  • Connections for the CP signal output to check communication between the adapter (= simulated electric vehicle) and the charging station
  • Separate phase display with three LEDs for easy checking of whether voltage is present.
  • The mains socket offers the option of connecting an external load in order to check whether the electrical energy meter is working and measuring correctly
  • Degree of protection IP 54 - dust and splash-proof
