EV-520-D KIT | Stock sale - Test adapter for electric vehicle charging stations

Gain access to the charging output to perform safety and functional tests by simulating the presence of an electric vehicle The EV-500 series test adapter sets are designed to test the function and safety of charging stations with charging mode 3 for AC charging. The test adapter set allows you to perform tests with suitable measuring devices such as an installation tester (e.g. ProInstall series from Beha-Amprobe).

Functions:

PE pre-test: This safety function tests the protective conductor for the possible presence of dangerous voltages to earth.
Status of the Proximity-Pilot PP (cable simulation): For simulating different current carrying capacities of charging cables, selectable via the PP status rotary switch.
Status of the Control Pilot CP (vehicle simulation): For simulating various charging statuses, selectable via the rotary switch CP status.

Suitable for electric vehicle charging stations of charging mode 3
EV plug-in device for type 2 and type 1
Measurement connections L1, L2, L3, N and PE for connecting a test device, e.g. an installation meter, for example. e.g. an installation measuring device, for carrying out safety and functional tests.
Connections for the CP signal output to check communication between the adapter (=simulated electric vehicle) and charging station
Separate phase display using three LEDs to easily check whether voltage is present.
The mains socket offers the option of connecting an external load to check whether the electric energy meter is working and measuring correctly
Protection class IP 54 - dust and splash-proof
