The XLN series from B&K Precision offers powerful, programmable DC power supplies with a maximum output of up to 1560 watts in a compact 1U rack housing. While many comparable power supplies are primarily designed for use in automated test equipment (ATE), the XLN series is aimed at both laboratory users and system integrators who require reliable, powerful and flexible power supplies.

Main features of the XLN series

  • Compact 1U housing for space-saving integration
  • USB and RS485 interfaces as standard, optional GPIB and LAN interfaces
  • External analog programming for flexible control
  • List mode for the execution of test sequences with up to 150 steps
  • Fast command processing with a response time of less than 50 ms
  • Programmable voltage and current slew rates for and current slew rates for optimized load matching
  • Internal memory for storing up to 10 device settings
  • Parallel or serial connection of up to four devices possible (series mode for high current models only)
  • Advanced protection functions: OVP (overvoltage protection), OCP (overcurrent protection), OPP (overload protection), OTP (overtemperature protection) and foldback mode

The XLN series is ideal for test and measurement systems, new product development, quality assurance and burn-in tests. Its precise control options and versatile interface integration make it ideal for demanding test environments.

The XLN60026 variant offers a maximum output voltage of 600 V and a maximum output current of 2.6 A with a total power of 1560 W. This model has been specially developed for applications that require a very high output voltage, such as high-voltage testing, industrial test systems and power electronics.

Differences between the XLN60026 and other models in the series

  • Higher output voltage than XLN10014 (100 V), XLN15010 (150 V) and XLN30052 (300 V)
