The HVL series from B&K Precision is a powerful range of high voltage DC electronic loads designed for demanding test environments. With a maximum power of up to 6 kW and operating voltages up to 1000 V, this series offers high flexibility for a wide range of applications. The HVL series supports multiple operating modes, including CC (constant current), CV (constant voltage), CR (constant resistance) and CW (constant power), making it ideal for complex test requirements.

Typical areas of application:

  • Testing high-voltage batteries, especially for electric vehicles (EV)
  • Testing of on-board chargers and charging stations
  • Evaluation of DC-DC-converters and high-power power supplies
  • Testing of photovoltaic systems and fuel cell systems

The HVL600300 model is a high-power DC load with a maximum input voltage of 600 V and a maximum current of 300 A. It offers a maximum power consumption of 6 kW and is specially designed for applications with high currents and medium voltages.

  • The HVL600300 model offers 600 V / 300 A with a maximum power of 6 kW.
  • The HVL600150 model offers 600 V / 150 A, but with a maximum power of 3 kW.
  • Model HVL800150 offers 800 V / 150 A with also 6 kW power.
  • Model HVL100050 offers 1000 V / 50 A with 6 kW power.
  • All models can be configured for parallel operation of up to 10 units to achieve a total power of up to 60 kW.
