USB-Sampling-Oszilloskop für PC, 4-Kanal, 20 GHz | PicoScope 9341-20, 9300 Serie (PQ093)

Die Bandbreite von 20 GHz erlaubt Messungen einer Pulsflanke von 17,5 ps, wobei der sehr geringe Abtast-Jitter eine Zeitauflösung von 64 fs bietet. Die sequentielle Samplingrate von 1 MS/s erlaubt ein schnelles Zusammensetzen des abgetasteten Signals, eines Augendiagramms oder eines Histogramms.
